• Thanksgiving 2024 (Nov 23 - 30): Starting at US$1500 per night
• Holiday season 2024 - 2025 (Dec 15 -Jan 14): US$1500, 10 night minimum
• Winter 2025 (Jan 5 - Apr 25): Starting at US$1300 per night

Taxes & Fees: Add 10% BVI Hotel Tax and 10% Service Charge to villa Base Rate.
