BVI is the most beautiful and friendly places we have been to. The locals are extremely kind, generous and helpful! The house was truly amazing with spectacular views and sunsets. We stayed on St Thomas last year and highly recommend BVI over USVI! Anthony, the property manager who organized the trip, arranged a wonderful taxi driver, Erik, who provided excellent service, and our boat captain, James with Sunny Day Adventures and Goose with Aristocats Daysail. We went to Cane Garden Bay one night and took a taxi home around 10:30pm. I left my sunglasses in the back of the taxi. The taxi driver took the time to find out when we were leaving and brought my sunglasses to the property before we left. I had no idea where I’d lost them. This is just a small example of how kind and generous the locals of Tortola are! We will definitely be going back next year!

The house is very comfortable and spacious, with air conditioning throughout which really was needed in the heat this summer. Kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the "take some, leave some" bar idea. The location cannot be beat as it is a short walk to the beach where there are a few beach bars/food options. The house manager was easy to contact and responsive to various questions and providing various suggestions for the area. Overall great stay, will definitely recommend to others with no hesitation!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here from May 14 to May 17. The property manager, Anthony, met us at the Cuan Law dock and escorted us to Seabreeze. This was a wonderful villa. Great location and ocean views from all rooms and the deck is amazing - our favorite place to hang. Gorgeous sunsets. Very relaxing, comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed using the grill. Property manager was very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. We did not have gas for the grill and called. Next morning it was replaced and had a reserve tank. Great service. Very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this villa.

My wife and I really enjoyed our week here. Arrived at West End Ferry and the property manager met us at the dock to take us on a short ride to Seabreeze. It is very easy to fall in love with this island and villa. There are gorgeous ocean views from all rooms. It is relaxing, comfortable and attractively decorated. The location is ideal, only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We also liked the convenience of the kitchen and the barbecue. Would highly recommend this villa.

This home was nothing short of amazing! We arrived, and the host had someone meet us to direct us where to go. It has all the amenities necessary to have a comfortable stay. We rented both the garden suite and penthouse, but was told it can be rented separately. We are happy we rented the entire thing. It was a great experience. Book this home today you will not be disappointed everything is up-to-date. They were ample towels to include beach towels. There is a washer and dryer present in the unit. There are up-to-date kitchens along with utensils. If you wanted to cook indoors. There is an outside patio where you can barbecue and sit around and play games if you want to just overall a great experience! I will definitely rent again. The host was very responsive. They were no problems however when we reached out with questions, the response with swift and precise. Thank you for being such a great host.
